About Our Products

HAX sells dietary supplements, including creatine and electrolyte gummies. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition. Product labels and ingredient information should always be checked for allergens before consumption.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to purchase from HAX. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. We aim to ensure all information on the Site is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur; if we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we will contact you before processing the order.

Subscriptions

Some products are available on a recurring subscription basis (e.g. 1-month, 2-month, 3-month plans). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal interval until you cancel. You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting haxsupplements@outlookcom, before your next billing date. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already charged.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

Your Right to Cancel (Statutory 14-Day Right)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, without giving a reason. This right does not apply to goods that are sealed and unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (which may apply to consumable supplements) — where this applies, we will make this clear at the point of sale. This statutory right is separate from, and unaffected by, the guarantee in Section 7 below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Order Errors)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on single (one-time) purchases only. This guarantee applies where there has been an error with your order, including but not limited to: incorrect item received, damaged or faulty product on arrival, or missing items from your order.

This guarantee does not apply to:

• Subscription orders or any recurring billing charges

• Change-of-mind returns, or dissatisfaction with taste, effect, or results

• Products where the seal has been broken, except where the product itself is faulty or incorrect

To claim under this guarantee, contact us at haxsupplements@outlookcom within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and details of the issue. We may request photos of the product or packaging to process your claim. Approved claims will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the HAX name, logo, "Hack Your Edge" branding, product designs, and website content, is owned by HAX Supplements Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
